Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the heart of it: we pack 2500W of power into a compact 300mm tube that runs on 400V. That power-to-length ratio is exactly what gives you the focused heat you need to cure ink fast—even on lines that never slow down. Going with 400V also helps. It pulls less current than lower-voltage options, which means less stress on your wiring and less heat building up in the electrical bay. But fair warning—this kind of output demands respect. The lamp throws off serious heat, so your machine’s cooling has to be up to the task. If the cooling can’t keep pace, the electronics start running hotter, and that shortens the life of the components.
Material & Design
We built the lamp around a quartz envelope, paired with a specialized halogen fill and a precision-coated reflector. That coating keeps the infrared energy aimed straight down at the substrate, instead of wasting it sideways. The payoff? Better energy use, and less radiant heat hitting nearby parts. The connector is designed as a universal fit, working with the industry-standard R7s and Sk15 mounting setups. So you don’t have to rework the machine or chase down proprietary parts just to wire it in. And the terminals are tough enough to handle repeated heating and cooling cycles, so you won’t get loose connections or burnouts from the daily grind.
