A 300mm tube, for example, gives you a perfectly defined heating zone while keeping the footprint tiny. What’s Inside: A Closer Look
At the heart of it is the carbon filament, sealed inside a tough quartz tube. We use halogen tech inside that tube to keep the filament strong over the long haul. That halogen cycle fights off blackening and keeps the heat output steady, so the heater lasts longer and performs consistently. The quartz tube itself is built to take the heat. It can handle extreme temperatures and won’t crack when you cycle the power on and off. We also add a reflective coating to blast the infrared energy forward, making the heat even more intense at the target and cutting down on wasted energy. For the connections, we use things like R7s and Sk15 connectors. They’re secure, handle high temps, and are a breeze to install or replace on the factory floor.
