It’s a shortwave halogen infrared heater, designed to run at 400V and crank out 2500W—all packed into a slim 300mm tube. This isn’t for general lighting. It’s a drop-in heating powerhouse for machines that need heat fast and on command.

Power, Voltage, and Size

Here’s the heart of it: 2500W at 400V, all in a 300mm tube. That combo gives you serious heat density in a tight footprint—exactly what you need when your heating zone is cramped. Because it’s shortwave, the filament hits operating temperature almost instantly. So you get that rapid ramp-up, way faster than a standard resistive element. But with that kind of power comes a heads-up. The lamp throws off a lot of local heat. Make sure your machine’s cooling and clearance are set up for it, or the parts around it will run hotter than you’d expect.
